I am a Personal Trainers & Fitness Instructor, here to help you learn to enjoy exercise to get yourself healthier whilst have fun and meeting like minded people to enjoy the process I run 25 classes a week varying from Core Circuits to Kettlercise H Core, all for only £35 per month (£6.50 Pay as You Go)
