I’ve had the pleasure of training with Emma for the past 8 weeks, and I think her progress is worth a big shout out.
She never misses, she never complains or gives up and pushes to failure every time. She calls me names that would make a coal miner blush, but she gets it done and the results speak for themselves 🙌🏻

Guys, this is aimed at very few, but could you all please wipe your feet when you arrive at the gym. Either that or bring gym footwear for training. As you probably all know, I try to keep the facilities spotless for everyone. It can be very frustrating after spending hours cleaning up for one person to undo that hard work. Let’s keep it clean for everyone.
