We have a few membership spaces available for women interested in lifting weights - resistance / strength training.

Membership is Β£30 per month.

Every new membership includes a 12 week progressive strength training "new start" program.

1-2-1 meetings with our Personal Training to explain and oversee technique during your initial 12 weeks.

Weekly workouts when you finish your 12 week program to keep you focused and motivated.

Daily workout groups to join if you wish to exercise with others.
