🌸 We specialise in resistance, free weights, barbell, strength training fitness.

🌸 Our gym environment is welcoming and inclusive for all abilities with a focus on womens health.

πŸ”…Every new membership includes a 12 week progressive strength training "new start" program.
πŸ”…1-2-1 meetings with our Personal Training to explain and oversee technique during your initial 12 weeks.
πŸ”…Weekly workouts when you finish your 12 week program to keep you focused and motivated.
πŸ”…Daily workout groups to join if you wish to exercise with others.

Ladies, are you interested in lifting weights at a gym but are unsure how to get started, how to learn correct technique or even what exercises to do? Then our *New Start* 12 week course is definitely for you.
πŸ‹ Each week you will have an easy-to-follow Strength & Conditioning focused training program.
πŸ‹ Each week you will meet with our Personal Trainer who will show and explain correct technique for all the exercises in your weekly training program.
Our 12 week training program includes unlimited gym access during our off-peak times of 6am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

About us: iLift! Gym Launceston is run by ladies. Our mission is to encourage ladies to pick up weights for fitness, strength and enjoyment.
