The Border Cup returns this weekend as we head to Okehampton on Saturday, before our Ladies take on Ivybridge in a pre-season fixture on Sunday.

Looking for something new for your little one? Our FREE Under 6s Taster Session is a brilliant way to introduce them to rugby in a fun, welcoming and pressure free environment.

It’s about so much more than rugby. It’s a chance for your child to build confidence, make new friends, stay active, learn teamwork and, most importantly, have loads of fun!

Open to boys and girls of all abilities, with absolutely no experience needed. Just bring them along and let them enjoy it!

We’re delighted to welcome Katie Murrin into the Launceston Ladies squad for the new season!

Coming through our youth setup, it’s fantastic to see Katie make the step into the Ladies squad. She’s already shown plenty of flair in the back line, with some brilliant breaks at our recent 7s tournament.

Katie said: “I’m looking forward to challenging myself, getting stuck in and hopefully going from strength to strength this season. I’ve joined Launceston because they’re such a welcoming and supportive group of ladies, always pushing each other to the best of their abilities whilst having fun as well.”

Launceston Ladies are delighted to welcome Poppy Jennings to the club for the 2026/27 season. 🖤

Joining us from Bideford, Poppy can operate in the centre or out on the wing and has already shown plenty of strength in both attack and defence during pre-season.

She also impressed during the recent 7s tournament and will add further pace and depth to our back line this season.

Poppy said: “I’m looking forward to a new challenge, pushing my game at a higher standard and playing alongside a great squad.”

IMPORTANT UPDATE 📢

A later start than we’d all hoped for, but the wait for league rugby will go on a little longer.

The new league season will now kick off on Saturday 26th September for the men, and the women on Sunday 27th.

There’s still plenty of rugby to enjoy before then, with our pre season fixtures continuing as we build towards the new campaign.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Polson Bridge soon. 🖤
