Just a friendly reminder that you need to join an SACU affiliated club to allow you to apply for a competition licence and enter both championship and practice events. If you are not a club member you cannot enter events.

A few important details ahead of this weekend's practice event:

Event address: Woodhead's Farm, Lauder, TD2 6RS
Follow satnav to postcode and follow orange arrows to track. DO NOT turn into farm entrance, track isn't there!

Timings: Track opens at 9.30am and closes at 3pm

Signing on: both days between 8.30am and closes at 12 noon. If you are not signed on your can't ride the track so get to the event prior to 12 please. If you have entered both days you don't need to sign on on Sunday.

On arrival: Head to signing on, present your SACU competition licence or sign your day licence (if you don't have an SACU competition licence). Affix your wristband entry ticket tightly to your bike bars as this is your proof of entry/payment (bikes will be checked during event).

Remember:
* Woodheads is a working farm, please respect this. If you are spectating and open any gates, close them after you. Anyone riding outwith the tapes of the track into the farmer's crops will be asked to leave the event IMMEDIATELY
* there's no burger van at this event so remember your packed lunch and please take your rubbish home

We’ll be keeping entries open for our practice weekend until 6pm tonight.

Thanks to the 90 of you who have already entered online 🤩 we wont be taking ‘turn up and pay’ entries over the weekend so please enter before 6pm tonight.

A wee reminder to get your entries in for our practice weekend at Woodheads Farm, Lauder this weekend! Entries close at 9pm this Thursday ⏱️

Weather has to be fantastic all week and entries have been coming in fast 🤩 We will be capping entries at 100 for each day so and will only be accepting online entries so don’t delay and get your entry in NOW ⏱️

First riders out at 9.30am and track closes at 3pm. You must sign on by midday on each day or you won’t be able to ride the track.

Unfortunately no burger van so you’ll need to bring food and refreshments with you. If anyone knows a burger van with availability ask them to drop me a message 🤞

After a well needed break, the DBE track building team are back! We’re fighting fit and cutting new lines in preparation for a 2 day ‘pay and play’ weekend at Woodheads on 5/6 April.

The track will be a mix of flowing grassy fields, fern areas and nice trails through the trees 🌲 🌳 and will suit enduro/hare and hound/trail riders and for racers some well needed bike time before Lossie! 🏁🏆

Youths can enter as long as they are skilled/confident enough to ride the track alongside the adult riders (with parental consent obvs).

2024 GasGas MXC6 Ebike. Current RRP is £7900 so an absolute steal at £6k. Steven’s only put about 6 hours on it and is selling as he has a shoulder operation coming up. Drop us a message if you are interested…would look lovely sitting alongside your dirtbike in your garage 😜

Bike has only done about 6 hours riding so it's in immaculate, showroom condition as seen on photos and I've fitted an upgraded seat. The all-new SRAM Eagle Powertrain leads the way with 90Nm of torque and auto-shift and coast-shift functions visible via the AXS Bridge Display on the top tube.

Unfortunately due to serious lack of entries and the amount of rain we’ve had over the past couple of days we are cancelling next weekends practice events.

Appreciate it’s disappointing for those of you who entered but the £s from the entries we received wont even pay for the portaloos, nevermind the farmer! All 22 😳 of the riders who entered will receive a full refund by the end of today.

Just a wee reminder to get your entries in for our practice days on 14/15 October at Woodheads Farm, Lauder. The track will be similar to our last championship hare and hound event with a few wee changes. Each day will start at 9.30am and finish at 3pm so plenty track time on offer.
