As most of you know I returned to full time NHS work a few years back now and my lovely Nordic group continued meeting every Friday, enjoying the many benefits Nordic walking and group walks bring. However they’ve decided to take a break until September due to family commitments, holidays, work and the random weather!
I’m still here for any advice about Nordic walking or helping you source any other local walking groups (Nordic or otherwise)
Remember group walks are the best!
