Just the 1 day off for everyone this year. We will be closed on Monday 13th July. We will then reopen as normal on Tuesday morning at 6am.

A great night listening to Gail McComiskey of talking about all things Women in training.

Gail is a former Scotland Rugby International and strong woman who is full of knowledge to do with all things with women in training. Starting with youth athletes all the way through to post menopausal woman and how to set yourself up early in life for your later years.

Very insightful and great to hear all of Gail’s experience & knowledge.

If we all had £1 for everytime a woman criticised herself and then seconds later praised another female for doing exactly the same thing we’d all be millionaires.

Megan, Teri & Jack are in Luxembourg to compete for Northern Ireland in the Small Nations.

is competing today at 11am in the under 63kg category 💪

is competing on Sunday at 11am in the under 84kg category 💪

And heads over as the girls coach having overseen the last 6 months of training that has gone into girls preparation 👏

An unbelievable achievement for anyone to compete and represent their country and one they should all be proud of!

We are glad to announce the return of our Yoga Classes from September 16th 🧘🧘‍♀️

🧘‍♀️Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Mens Yoga 🧘

Our new classes will be taken by the fantastic . Sophie has a passion & enthusiasm for Yoga that creates a great energy for everyone involved.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a great blend of strength, flexibility and breathing work. Vinyasa Flow aims to increase your blood flow and heart rate without making you feel like you’ve done an intense workout. Suitable for beginners and also seasoned yogis. Fully guided and instructed with every body in mind.

Mens yoga is for any men that want to stop feeling so tight, increase flexibility and maintain strength through combined movement and breathing. This course aimed at men centres around what is needed for every day movement without aches and pains. The class will have a slightly slower pace to focus on stretching tight muscles and becoming more aware of where you’re holding tension. Suitable for all abilities.

Vinyasa Flow - Tuesday 16th 7.30pm
Men’s Yoga - Thursday 18th 7.30pm
