Spring is upon us, the evenings are getting brighter, and it’s the perfect time to kick-start your fitness with something energising, different and seriously fun.
fightingFIT is a 4-week boxing fitness Bootcamp at The FITfactory designed to help you burn calories, tone your whole body and build confidence while training to great music in a motivating environment.
This high-energy workout uses boxing gloves and pads, combining boxing combinations with conditioning drills to give you one of the most effective workouts for fat loss, fitness and toning.
The sessions are fast-paced, fun and incredibly rewarding. You’ll work in pairs, learning real pad work combinations while keeping your heart rate high and your motivation even higher.
Whether you're looking to lose weight, tone up, relieve stress or just try something new, fightingFIT is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
And with brighter spring evenings arriving, there’s no better way to finish the day than with an energising workout that leaves you feeling stronger, fitter and ready for summer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring a partner?
Not at all. The class works in pairs, but you can sign up with a friend or pair up with someone on the first night. Many people come on their own and quickly make new training partners.
Do I need my own gloves or pads?
We have gloves and pads available for everyone to use, but if you already have your own you’re very welcome to bring them.
How many calories can I burn?
A fightingFIT session can burn up to around 1000 calories, depending on effort and fitness level. It’s one of the most effective workouts for fat burning and full-body conditioning.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. The sessions are structured so everyone can work at their own intensity, making it suitable whether you’re new to exercise or already training regularly.
Who is coaching the sessions?
The programme is coached by myself. I have 14 years experience delivering boxing-style fitness training, including completing an Advanced Coaching Certificate with the Ricky Hatton Academy.
