The lights are back on. The gloves are ready. Larne Golden Gloves is back🔴⚫️

Tonight marks the beginning of another season at our club and whether you’re returning to the gym or thinking about walking through our doors for the very first time, there’s a place here for you🥊

We’re not just here to produce competitive boxers. We want to give people in our community somewhere to get fitter, learn real boxing skills, build confidence, meet new people and belong to something👊🏻

🥊 Beginners | Ages 12+ & Adults
Monday & Wednesday • 6–7pm

🏆 Competition | Carded Boxers
Monday & Wednesday • 6–8pm
Friday • 6–7:30pm

⭐ Kids Boxing | Ages 6–10
Thursday • 6–7pm
Fun, non-contact boxing coaching.

🥊 Ladies Boxing | All abilities
Thursday • 7:15–8pm

Never boxed before? That’s exactly what our beginner sessions are for. You don’t need to arrive fit, confident or experienced. You just need to make that first move and come through the door.🚪

For those already competing, the work starts again. New season. New targets. Bigger ambitions. 🏆

A huge congratulations to Katie Taylor on an exceptional career. A true legend of Irish boxing whose achievements inside and outside the ring have inspired an entire generation. 🇮🇪🥊

It won’t be long until we’re back at St Comgalls…⏳

Our programme includes:

🥊 Early Bird Boxing — all abilities
🥊 Development Boxing — ages 11+
🥊 Competition Boxing — registered boxers
🥊 Kids Boxing — ages 6–10
🥊 Women’s Boxing — all abilities

From complete beginners learning the fundamentals to competitive boxers working towards championships, our aim remains the same, quality coaching and an environment where everyone has the opportunity to progress📈
