Burak’s progress in just under 2 months
He’s been solid from day one. No complete overhauls, no fad diets, just smart adjustments and consistent effort.
Nutrition has stayed the same.
Training frequency stayed the same.
What changed was how we train.
☑️ Exercises chosen with purpose
☑️ Volume matched to goals
☑️ Intensity pushed not just chasing the pumps
We’ve started layering in more habits outside the gym too.
There’s still loads more to come. A bodybuilding show might be on the horizon, but for now it’s about building the best physique possible, one week at a time.
