🚨🚨10 MILE CHARITY CIRCUITS WALK 🚨🚨

At the end of September, myself and over 40 others took part in a 10 mile circuits walk. We all walked 10 miles, where each mile we completed an exercise circuit 💪🏋️🏃‍♂️

We had decided a few months prior that a charity event was a great idea but had no idea which charity to choose 🤷‍♂️

After what happened to young Scarlett and listening to her Family talk about the Air Ambulance, choosing a charity became very simple.

In total we raised £4542 👏👏👏

I just want to say a massive thank you and well done to everyone who raised money, donated or took part in the event! Without you we couldn’t have achieved anything close to the number we did. 🙏

🚁🚶‍♂️The Ten Mile Charity Circuits Class 🚁🚶‍♂️ (Air Ambulance NI)

On Sunday September 24th, over 20 of my clients and myself will be completing a 10 mile circuits class for charity 🏋️‍♂️🚶‍♂️

It will be a 10 mile walk with 10 different circuit classes throughout the walk 🥵1️⃣0️⃣

📍Date - Sunday 24th September
📍Start Time - 930AM
📍Starting Point - Just Active Gym

After what happened recently, the walk will be in aid of the Air Ambulance Northern Ireland. What happened to Scarlett was felt by so many people around the town, whether they knew her or not.

So as a group we’ve decided to try and do our bit and raise as much money as we could to raise awareness for the Air Ambulance but also to show how much Scarlett affected the whole town.

If anyone is interested and would even like to join us for the challenge, please let me know, as everyone is more than welcome.

Over the moon to get these photos back from the incredible Kerrie Kelly! 🤩

Kerrie came to me a few months back with the idea of doing a photoshoot after no training for a long time 🏋️‍♂️ 📷

We got started and made sure she knew what she was in for! After a few weeks, she started to fall in love with training again, which made things a lot easier 💪❤️

Months of hard work and dedication put in and as you can see it paid off! 👏🏻

Only the beginning for Kerrie and I can’t wait what this year brings 💪🏋️‍♂️

🏖🏝Ready for your holiday? 🏖 🏝

Another incredible effort, this week from Lee Stirling 💪

Lee decided in January that he’d had enough of the constant cycle of losing a bit, gaining a bit and decided to get his act together and get in the best shape possibly for his holiday this summer 🏋️‍♀️🏝💪

The first picture is when Lee first started from Sept 2019, then when he decided to do a shoot in Jan 22 and then May 22. 📅

Regardless of what he’s done in the first few months of this year, he’s changed his daily habits and routines over the last couple of years to improve his overall lifestyle, and he looks and feels 100 times better for it 👀👏🏻

Took himself out of his comfort zone and absolutely smashed it. Well done Lee 👏🏻💪

And he even scrubbed his tan off in about 2 days, incase any females need a couple of tips 😂🌞

🔥🔥 READY FOR THE SUMMER? 🔥🔥

They always say you should listen to your other half 😂👫

Thankfully Siobhan listened to every last word I said and I couldn’t be more proud 😍

What happens when you mix knowledge, dedication and hard work? You get results! 💪

17 weeks of hard work, commitment and tough choices. Driving during nights out, having coffees over cocktails, broccoli over buns and not missing a single session in the gym ☕️ 💪

Over 2 stone lighter and feeling physically and mentally in the best shape she’s ever been. Deservedly so after the effort she’s put in ⚖️ ⬇️⬇️

Commitment and dedication beyond belief and she’s looks incredible for it! 🏋️

Well done Siobhan 👏🏻

Erin decided at the start of this year that she was going to do a photoshoot to get into the shape she felt like she should be in. 💪🥦

A Sass Queen infront of the camera but one of hardest workers behind the scenes! She never missed a beat and deserved all the rewards from how good the photos turned out! 👸🏼 💁‍♀️

How good does Michelle look 🤩💪

Michelle came to me with the idea of doing a photoshoot around her birthday (She can tell you what age 😂🎂)

She doesnt have the easiest schedule trying to work between work and university assignments but she still manages to make time for the gym and fit her sessions in 💪🏋️

Hard work but the most rewarding experience when you can see the results 📸

Never mind her birthday, she gets to celebrate her Hen Do this weekend and no doubt get some more photos that aren’t just as good as these ones 👰‍♀️🍹

Need some motivation on a Friday Morning, and the first weekend of sober October 🤔🍸🍻

Here’s a man a lot of you will know but might not recognise anymore 👀

Meet, John 👋🏻

He came to me in January as he wanted to change the way he went about his life and lose some weight! ⚖️

A simple combination of getting exercise scheduled each week and tracking his calories (Alcohol to 🍻) and now he’s 4 stone lighter and half the man he once was 💪

He’s also doing Sober October, so anyone that sees him out can keep him accountable to that 😂

Massive well done and only the start of things to come 💪
