HONESTY !

Be honest with yourself and your coach,

If you have signed up with a coach you have realised you want to change then be totally honest

Sometimes you won't even realise

The odd sweet
The extra sauce
The sneaky takeaway
The odd glass of proscecco

Even missing a meal
Etc

These are all fine by the way , but put them all together and this is why you won't be seeing results

If you don't translate this to your coach also they will be left scratching there head

A coach should be there to help not judge

You are what you eat !

That's a very broad statement..it can be taken in many ways

If you eat "bad" you will probably feel bad
If you eat "clean" all of the time you will probably feel miserable after time

It's about finding the common ground

Is it ok to plan "bad" food everyday ...I would say no

Is it ok to have the odd biscuit or chocolate here and there as long as we don't binge ...yes of course it is

🥑 EATING FAT DOESN’T MAKE YOU FAT.
Let’s crush that myth once and for all. 👊

Your body needs fat to function properly:
⚙️ Hormone production
🧠 Brain health
🔥 Metabolism support
💪 Absorbing vitamins (A, D, E, K)

But not all fats are created equal:

✅ Healthy fats:

Avocados

Olive oil

Nuts & seeds

Fatty fish (like salmon)

Whole eggs

❌ Limit these:

Trans fats

Hydrogenated oils

Highly processed junk food

🔥 PRO TIP:
Including healthy fats in your meals keeps you fuller longer—which can actually help with fat loss and reduce cravings.

👉 Bottom line: Don’t fear fat. Learn to use it wisely.

I wanted to wait to post an update on this as we are nowhere near finished but he beat me to it lol

This was done using my app and has been done gradually promoting life changing habits and was by no means a quick fix

He has had ups and downs of life but bounced back to it each time....that's what makes the difference
