Tonight is our TUESDAY DOUBLER night at 6.30pm.
And also BEATS at 7.45pm ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ™Œ

๐Ÿ”ฅ ((BOUNCE)) is up first at 6.30pm-7.30pm
This is our original 60 minute session, high cardio, low impact bouncing on the trampoline to dance music, the funnest workout you'll ever do, whilst smashing out your cardio goals!

๐Ÿ‹โ€โ™€๏ธ Then BEATS 7.45PM-8.30PM
Our 45 minute carnival style class, using weighted drumsticks, on and off the trampoline, beating the trampoline with the sticks. A total upper body workout ๐Ÿ’ช

Putting these two workouts together is your ultimate workout ๐Ÿ’ช ๐Ÿ‘Œ

DOUBLE SESSION SUNDAY DONE ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ

What a way to start the day!

We kicked off at 9AM with BLAST, where those little handweights definitely made a BIG impact โ€” adding extra intensity, challenging endurance, and pushing everyone that bit further.

Then straight into BARBELLS at 10AM for our strength & conditioning session, lifting heavier, building power, and finishing the morning strong.
Massive congratulations to everyone who took on the double session today ๐Ÿ‘

Two classes back-to-back is no easy feat, and it takes serious commitment, grit, and determination to show up and give your all.
Thereโ€™s something special about getting your training done early on a Sunday morning. Early sessions donโ€™t just wake the body up โ€” they set the tone for the entire day.

Just finished another high-energy trampoline fitness class and WOW โ€” legs are jelly but the vibes were sky-high! ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ”ฅ
