The Dance Tutor Recreational dance classes in Speyside designed to promote fun and well-being. Specialising in Tap, Olivia has achieved ISTD Advanced 2 Tap examination.

Olivia trained in tap, modern theatre and ballet at the Elizabeth Henderson School of Dancing in Glasgow, assisting classes from age 16. A former member of the Scottish Ballet’s youth contemporary dance company ‘Steps Out’, she works as a Freelance Dance Artist, Teacher and Choreographer. ISTD qualified, holding a Diploma in Dance Education, Olivia teaches adult tap and ballet and is the Vocationa

l Tap Tutor at Central Scotland Ballet School, and also teaches age 50+ tap and ballet at The Dance Factory in Glasgow. She provides cover for Dance Base in Edinburgh, choreography for Stirling City Gymnastics Club, has experience as a Dance Artist working with students studying Motion Sensing Technology at Glasgow Caledonian University, and was previously employed as Dance Tutor at Glasgow University delivering recreational dance courses. Additionally, she is a trained percussionist, has CACDP Level 2 British Sign Language, a BSc (Hons) Environment degree and PhD in Electrochemistry.
