DEADLIFT: Under 60kg -> 155kg ‼️
PULL UPS: 0 -> 6 unaided ‼️
BENCH PRESS: bar -> 70kg ‼️
DUMBBELL ROWS: under 15kg -> -35kg ‼️
SWIPE ACROSS START -> to now ‼️

Honestly could go on here😮‍💨

is a pleasure to train and has really applied herself to the 10 week shape up program at the studio! Showing up, pushing numbers, maintaining form and just simply putting the work in… this lady is a power house and I couldn’t be prouder of how far she has come! And still remains so modest and unaware of the elite level lifter she has become over the 3 years of us working together 🙌

Not just the lifting but you can not help but love Claire as a person, she is an asset to the studio. From the new to the long term members all love having her around!

I really look forward to training Claire and progressing even further as time goes on!

Keep up the good work Claire! you’ll be seeing plenty more of her progress on my page for sure 👊

We will be running this class every Wednesday down at the studio at 6.15pm

The first week everybody smashed it and I expect more of the same this week coming

What to expect in our pump class
- being close to failure
- using effective resistance (not going light)
- higher rep systems
- different training methods
- a pump (the class name is for a reason)

What I can still offer you!

So the bad news

Saturday morning has become fully booked once again on PT today. I’ve actually ended up doing a extra session than I say is my limit so Saturday morning won’t be on offer for PT (you can join a waiting list so if anyone was to cancel their current slot)

But when a member of my studio asks me for a PT and I know my members are a pleasure to work and will push for the the goal in place along side me a extra hour doing what I love won’t hurt me 💪

The good news

I have spaces on membership with in my current plan that you could start from Monday to help you achieve all around fitness and increased strength😏

Limited PT slots in the day Monday to Friday and one 7pm slot (Tuesday) along side a few 8pms

Membership is running out!

we made the decision to become a membership only facility this year meaning space will always be available for our members

We currently run 3 classes a evening and have space for a few more to join

All our sessions are small group based and planed and instructed to the highest level

Happy new year all hope you all had a good end to the year how ever you chose to spend it

let’s hit the ground running starting this year and push on for a even better year than last 💪😊

All classes are available to book now on the app and we are now members only based studio

So we won’t have any problems like last January with booking in!

You can join membership for a little as £32.50 a month we have very limited space remaining on memberships be sure to secure you space while you can

3 classes available today down at the studio

All 3 sessions are fully resistance based no cardio today it will be a mixture of push and legs with me!

If you’ve been checking the studio out for a while now please note we are turning into a members only facility in January and will hit max capacity in the coming months as all our sessions are small group based allowing attention to detail 🙌

All our sessions are instructed and planned out to give you the best exercise experience possible and to insure you get the results you want

We had a 100% success rate in our last Saturday group at the end of the program! with all lifts improving across the board (stronger bench presses and deadlifts)
