Classes finished for the summer! Thank you lots to everyone who has been coming along to my various weekly yoga classes- I love teaching you- have a brilliant summer and keep getting on your mat.
We will restart in September and I’ll be offering some taster sessions just before classes recommence - especially for anyone who has been wondering about giving yoga a go- or those who haven’t managed to practice yoga recently- details to follow soon. 😎

Yoga back to normal this week after family visiting and THE HEAT!! Hope you’ve all survived and look forward to seeing you this week. Wednesday Wake Up Mixed Ability ZOOM Yoga - 7.30-8.30am. Live Online Class

Thursday Gentle Years Yoga Classes 10.30am-11.30am at The Studio, Maxwell Place, Langholm.
