This is the next stage of the rebuild. (Video 2x speed)
From basic stability and control... to finally loading the legs again.
Lunges.
Side lunges.
Loaded squats.
Alongside it all, I’ve been using reformer Pilates to rebuild control, stability and connection through my pelvis and core.
Slowing things down, focusing on precision, and letting strength come back the right way.
For the first time this year, my leg is stating to feel like it belongs to me again.
Breaking my pelvis has been one of the toughest journeys I’ve faced physically and mentally. Some days were frustrating, uncertain, progress hasn’t always beer linear.. this has been the most mentally challenging thing I’ve been through and that came with MANY learning curves.
But this journey hasn’t just been mine.
The people who stood by me through the hard days, the frustrating days, and the uncertain ones... you know who you are. I’m grateful for every bit of support. 🧡 ❤️ Especially who didn’t leave my side and looked after everything! Will never forget.
Still rebuilding.
Still respecting the process.
Still earning every step forward.
Strength doesn’t disappear when things slow down.
Sometimes it’s built there.
