Carnforth Otters – a Lancaster based competitive swimming club and home of a world record holder, a 2012 Olympic finalist, and a place where young people not only have fun, but are inspired and motivated to be the very best swimmers they can be. ⚫️🟣🟡Well done Bryony🟡🟣⚫️

A huge well done to Bryony on a fantastic performance at the Swiss National Championships at St. Jakob Park, Basel in July!

Bryony enjoyed an incredible two days of racing, producing a brilliant PB in the 200m Butterfly LC followed by a strong swim in the 200m IM. The following day, she took on the challenging 400m IM recording another excellent time.

A fantastic atmosphere and achievement!

Massive congratulations to Orlaith Treacy who competed at the Swim Ireland National Age Group Championships. It has been an incredible four days for the young Otter who swam in 6 races, gained 5 brilliant PBs, qualified for 3 ‘B’ finals, finishing 3rd in the 200m freestyle. To top it all off, Orlaith earned a silver improvement certificate in 400m freestyle. A really big well done from everyone at Otters! 🏊🏻‍♀️ 🇮🇪 💪🏻👏🏻🎉

Well done to all our swimmers who competed at the North Lancashire Development Meet this weekend!

What a fantastic weekend of racing with an incredible 120 PB’s achieved across the team!

Our swimmers also celebrated some fantastic medal success, winning:
🥇 19 Gold
🥈 19 Silver
🥉 15 Bronze

A huge congratulations to every swimmer who took part. Your hard work, determination and positive attitude really showed in the pool. Keep up the fantastic work!

A huge well done to all of our swimmers who competed at the Diane Jameson Splash & Dash Meet in Liverpool this weekend!

With all events being 50m sprints, it was fantastic to see so many great swims and PBs from Team Otters.

🥇 Harper – 1st in 50m Butterfly, 1st in 50m Backstroke and 2nd in 50m Freestyle.
🥇 Ellie – 1st in 50m Backstroke.

Thank you to all of our coaches and volunteers for their support and encouragement poolside.
