More about the Perrin Technique.... I had a few questions yesterday about what it is and who it can help.

This method is an osteopathic manual therapy mainly for ME / CFS, Fibromyalgia and Long Covid. It is believed that these chronic conditions are linked to the breakdown in the body’s lymphatic drainage systems. Causing profound fatigue, brain fog and chronic pain. The therapy lowers the toxic load on the central nervous system so that it can regulate and function properly.

This is through:
- Spinal Mobilisation
- Lymphatic Massage
- Cranial Osteopathy

I have seen how it can have such a positive impact on chronic conditions that are impacted sympathetic nervous system.

Mondays , and Wednesdays have just become available, to book on a regular basis. And Tuesdays are available on an ad hoc basis ( you can just book the odd hour here and there on a Tuesday).

Hello + welcome to new and old followers, students, friends and clients. I thought it was time to reintroduce myself.

HI, I'm Nicola ~ the founder of Exhale Massage School and the face behind the brand.

There is so much more I could share but I thought I would give you a little insight into how I started training massage therapist and the road that led me here. It wasn't linear and I've done a lot of other things but it all adds to how I work and the insight you get when working with me.

I am fascinated by the human body and a specialist in massage therapy, developing my own techniques and style to support you in the best way.
