🎯SAME WEIGHT 🎯

Geo made huge progress this year—bigger shoulders, wider lats, stronger adductors, and a noticeably slimmer waist. Same bodyweight.

Geo competed this year, but you don’t need to step on stage to achieve this. What I do strongly recommend is getting as lean as you can mentally tolerate. Getting lean creates the best environment for optimal muscle growth.

Forget the word “bulk.”
You do not need excess calories to build muscle. All that does is add unnecessary body fat. Muscle is built slowly—grams at a time—and it doesn’t require more than maintenance calories to grow.

The biggest thing holding most people back isn’t genetics or supplements—it’s their training plan and ex*****on of it.

Train hard (≈1 RIR)
Use the correct volume per muscle
Train muscles multiple times per week
Rest properly between sets
No drop sets. No finishers.
Eat your protein
And finally… don’t get fat

Nick's 1st competition at UKUP Northwest Championship, competing in Men's Physique.

An excellent result.

This was a completely new challenge for Nick. Once the goal of competing was identified, he applied laser like focus and dedication. That's not something new for Nick being a 2 x Commonwealth Games competitor, but that was some years ago and didn't require perfect nutrition. Safe to say the pictures do the talking, Nick was the leanest men's physique competitor on stage. Only beaten by a slightly better shape, aka bigger chests, shoulders, and lats. All of which can be improved if Nick decides to compete in another season .

Finally, Nick did this while working a 60-hour week 😮👏.
