Been busy creating lots of chorography for Monday classes.

My classes re start Monday the 13th of January 2024 at Cabus Village Hall:-
7pm to 7.45pm - Rave Fit - £4
7.45pm to 8.30pm - Musical Dance - £4
Or do both for £6
Classes are fun, taught in the dark with neon and party lights.

Next week I am covering quite a few classes at Lancaster University with Rave Fit. Club anthems and fun aerobic style work out. These classes are for members and open to non members as well. If any of my Garstang peeps fancy coming along, you can hitch a ride with me.
Tuesday 25th July 12pm to 1pm
Wed 26 th 5.45pm to 6.45pm
Sunday 30th July 10am -11am

My regular Uni classes are

Monday 1pm to 2pm Broadway Boogie
Wed 9.30am to 10.30 am - Zumba
Friday 6pm to 7pm - Zumba
