One of the things we’re most proud of at Pulse is the mix of women who train with us.
Different ages, backgrounds and stories. But all with the same goal - to stay strong.
We’re proud to challenge the outdated idea that women should slow down as they get older. Our studios are full of incredible women in their 40s, 50s and 60s getting stronger, building confidence and proving just how capable they are.
Christine (61), Amanda (53) and Michelle (47) are testament to that. And let’s not forget our amazing Lisa and Nashira, super strong trainers in their 40s too 💥.
As women age, strength training becomes increasingly important. It helps support bone health, maintain muscle mass, improve balance and mobility and gives us the strength to keep doing the things we love for longer.
At Pulse, we do pilates for life. We are strength based and every class is deliberately programmed to make you stronger 💪
