As a Personal Trainer I have always said the role goes way beyond a job,of course we make money but money comes and goes as quick as we earn it these days.
My clients come to me for a change,whether it be changing their mental state,physical state or even social aspect.The satisfaction I get from a client hitting goals and making life changing difference is a reward that will keep on giving.
My client Callum Morley has done amazing between picture one and two he shed an amazing 3 stone and this part is even more rewarding he himself has just qualified as a personal trainer too well done.

The body goes through so much when working out all that stress and and pain and a few tears here and there.
Here's a little secret to success rest and relax the body a bit of stimulation of the mind is needed too this can include computer games,books or even mind puzzle games on a tablet or phone just make sure you feed your brain as well as your body.

The gym can be an intimidating place with machines from the outset look very complex to use.
One of the machines in the gym the gym if used correctly can help increase strength in the hamstrings but also help incorporate the glutes too.
Do you struggle with working out, shy away from machines or need a bit of a refresh of how to workout effectively???

Then get in contact straight away and take advantage of limited spaces available due to popular demand with imminent restrictions being lifted on the 19th July.

One of the MRPT has had an amazing transformation so far luca's own words regarding training
'“ Martin has been instrumental in helping with my transformation, in 8 months he has helped me loose 2 stone 4 lbs, I used to hate the thought of training and the gym but Martin’s motivation, routines and help gave me the push I needed to get into shape. He tailored the fitness plan to my specific needs and helped gradually build up my fitness. Even lockdown didn’t stop Martin helping with my transformation he would go out of his way to do open air workouts with me and always checks in on how I’m doing to make sure I’m still ticking over. I could never of dreamed to be where I am at now fitness wise and the journey hasn’t stopped yet. I’m looking forward to continuing my PT sessions with Martin and seeing where it will take me, I would highly recommend Martin to anyone looking to make a change and get fit “
