An incredible weekend of competition with some outstanding performances, resulting in an amazing haul of 9 Gold, 3 Silver and 4 Bronze medals ๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿฅˆ๐Ÿฅ‰๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Weโ€™re so proud of every athlete who represented the squad. The effort, determination, team spirit and support shown throughout the weekend was fantastic. A special well done to those who didnโ€™t come away with a placement this time, your performances and attitude made us just as proud. Keep pushing! ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

A fantastic few hours of traditional karate, led by Sensei Simon Crowther.
Everyone had great fun, enjoyed the training and came away having learned something very different from an ordinary syllabus class ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฅ‹

Whether tackling a challenging but fun fitness routine, exploring the bunkai of Kata Unsu, or learning how to perform it on the tatami, every student had a great time and took something new away from the day! ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿฅ‹

Great spirit and a brilliant effort from all involved. Well done to everyone who took part! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
