This Saturday the 20th June sees our Cilgwyn Dyfed order of merit junior open including the Justin Rose Telegraph championship entry , with juniors coming from Glyn Abbey , Haverfordwest, Tenby ,Machynys, Priskilly Forest , Milford Haven. This includes our talented Cilgwyn junior members. All playing either 18 hole medal off white tees , girls off reds and for the beginners 9 hole blue modified stsbleford points .
Let’s pray for a nice dry day as it’s going to be a very busy day . The course tees will be reserved from 9am-3pm , teeing off from 8.50am onwards. Any parents wishing to be ball spotters etc please let me know . Please be aware only can walk 25 yards behind , and interference only looking for lost balls

Trefnir bod y gystadleuaeth hefyd yn cyfrif tuag at y 'Justin Rose Daily Telegraph'. Bydd 46 o golffwyr iau Dyfed yn cymryd rhan, rhai o Glyn Abbey, Hwlffordd, Dinbych-y-Pysgod, Aberteifi, Machynys, Priskilly Forest, Aberdaugleddau, heb anghofio am ein haelodau iau talentog Cilgwyn.

Trefnir y cystadlaethau canlynol ar gyfer y diwrnod;

Y fedal 18 twll oddi ar y 'tees' gwyn.

Y fedal 18 twll i ferched oddi ar y 'tees' coch.

18 twll ar ffurf 'Stableford' oddi ar y 'tees' melyn.

9 twll ar ffurf 'Stableford' gyda phwyntiau wedi'u haddasu, oddi ar y 'tees' glas.

Gobeithiwn am ddiwrnod heulog a sych gan y bydd yn ddiwrnod prysur iawn.

Update on Dion Regan .

Final tee time today 13.48 there time , our time about 5pm.

If I can recall round 1was position 34, round 2 was position 32 and round three went Upto joint 10.

Out of 75 competitors.

Dion Regan is out in Argentina representing Wales in a team of two men and two ladies playing at Golf Club Nordelta in a 72 hole stroke play championship in the South American Amateur Championship, Burnos Aires, Argentina. To be selected to represent Wales is a fantastic opportunity for Dion .

Competing against other competitors from all over the world in this well organised competition, established since 2006 is something to be very proud of for Dion .

Good luck tomorrow Dion . We are all proud of you . Enjoy the experience.
