Join me tomorrow morning for WalkFit at 6:00 AM, followed by Sunrise & Sculpt Pilates at 6:30 AM.

This low impact Pilates class focuses on strengthening, stretching, improving mobility, and building core stability in a cool and welcoming studio environment.

A little update about tomorrow's classes ☀️
I know a few of you might be wondering whether classes are still going ahead in this warm weather...
The answer is YES! 💪

WalkFit and Kettlebelles will be in the studio tomorrow morning, which is nice and cool with plenty of ventilation.

Our evening classes are held in the Wellbeing Centre where we have the luxury of a fully air-conditioned room to keep us comfortable.

I've also modified all classes to accommodate the warmer temperatures, with extra breaks and plenty of opportunities to hydrate.

Your safety always comes first.

So bring your water bottle, listen to your body and let me take care of the rest.

Right, I need to know if this is a woman-in-her-40s thing... 😂

My kids think my trainer socks are completely outdated, but what they don't understand is that back in the 90s, trainer socks weren't even a thing.
If you wanted trainer socks, you had to fold normal socks down and hope they stayed there all day!

Now everyone seems to be wearing those white sports socks pulled right up. I think they look great on other people, but on me? I'm short enough already.
They just make me look even shorter!

I was looking around class this morning and noticed nearly every woman was wearing trainer socks. Not one of us had embraced the pulled-up sock trend.

I reckon we've earned the right to wear whatever socks we want. We are the generation that had to make trainer socks before they existed. 😂

I’ve planned a lovely session to help you stretch out, strengthen your body and unwind after a warm day.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular Pilates participant, I’ll guide you through the class and provide options to suit you.

With temperatures rising, i’m making a few adjustments to help you stay safe and comfortable while exercising.

Remember to:
• Wear light, comfortable clothing
• Bring plenty of water
• Bring a damp towel to help keep cool

My exercise classes will be adapted to suit the warmer weather, and you can enjoy training in our fully air-conditioned Wellbeing Centre with a well-ventilated studio.

Stay hydrated, listen to your body, and take breaks whenever you need them.

Your wellbeing is my priority.
