So today I’ve been in my kitchen all morning filming my first workout for on demand - I’m well and truly sick of the sound of my own voice 🤣 if you are on a monthly membership you should be able to view it through your team up app, if you aren’t on a membership please let me know and I’ll help you. Anyone who knows me knows I’m not a fan of technology and online so this is a massive learning curve for me!!!!

It’s nearly time to start thinking about getting back to reality…why not make a positive lifestyle change in January?! I’m not asking you to come and workout to punish yourself for the great time you had over the festive period, we are all entitled to a good ole knees up!!🙂 And I’m not that kind of instructor anyway. For me, the mental health benefits of exercise far outweigh the physical benefits every time, and I promise you, you will NEVER regret a workout - but you will regret NOT doing it. Happy new year everyone ❤️
