I'm sorry to have to remind people of this again. Partly my own fault as it is sometimes easier just to return rugs rather than change travel plans last minute due to non payment. But due to a few non payers I’m afraid that unless you are a business then I’m going to have to insist on payment BEFORE I return your rugs by bank transfer or cash on the day (bank transfers are always preferred). Sorry but I have bills of my own to pay and don’t have the time to keep chasing. Thank you for your understanding (and BIG thanks to the vast majority of my lovely customers who always pay me on time - it really is appreciated).
