Lower Body at Home Workout 💪🏻

A little Monday motivation 🩵
While working out at the gym can offer more variety for exercises, don’t discount the benefits of a workout at home!
Moving your body is the goal!

It can also serve as a good reset to really focus in on some of those muscles that maybe aren’t getting quite as much love and attention (for me that’s my hip flexors 😝)

Remember, even the smallest movements can have a big impact!
Workout:
3x
• Tandem Lunges
• Banded Marches
• Banded Side Steps
*8-10 reps each*

3x
• Squat + Pulse
• Straight Leg Raises
• B-Stance Glute Bridges
*8-10 reps each*

In honor of today being my first day on the job i figured it was time to introduce myself!

I’m Marissa and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports
Medicine.
Fitness is something I have always enjoyed, from playing travel softball, swimming competitively, to even training with my own personal trainers.
It wasn't until I was diagnosed with a chronic medical condition that I realized that exercise isn't just a hobby, exercise is medicine!
Fitness looks different for everyone and is not "one size fits all”. My mission as a CPT is to empower people to find their own version of "healthy”.
I’m so excited to start this new journey and hope you’ll follow along 💪🏻
