Lower Body at Home Workout 💪🏻
A little Monday motivation 🩵
While working out at the gym can offer more variety for exercises, don’t discount the benefits of a workout at home!
Moving your body is the goal!
It can also serve as a good reset to really focus in on some of those muscles that maybe aren’t getting quite as much love and attention (for me that’s my hip flexors 😝)
Remember, even the smallest movements can have a big impact!
Workout:
3x
• Tandem Lunges
• Banded Marches
• Banded Side Steps
*8-10 reps each*
3x
• Squat + Pulse
• Straight Leg Raises
• B-Stance Glute Bridges
*8-10 reps each*
