100% strength based. No cardio. Structured in blocks to help you build confidence, improve technique and make measurable progress.
• Hybrid
A mix of strength, cardio and functional fitness designed to improve your engine, fitness and overall conditioning.
•Circuits
Full Body training combining strength and cardio through a variety of exercises and stations. Every session is different and suitable for all levels.
All of our classes are coach-led, beginner friendly and can be adapted to suit you, whether you’re brand new to exercise or already training regularly.
