Hey everyone, Happy New Year!

Not the best of timings, but we have made the difficult decision not to restart classes for the time being. After nearly 10 years of teaching you fabulous lot, we’ve finally realised we need to take some time for us & our family.

It’s incredibly tough to give all our spare time to building our fitness business whilst juggling full-time jobs and parenting.

So we’re putting ourselves first for a change and taking time out to recharge and enjoy family life more 😊

Never say never, just not right now ❤️
