For the first time in forever, I loved how I looked during my workout this morning, and I’m shouting it from the rooftops!
I used to film each and every workout I did and put it on here, but after working with for just over a year, I began a mental and physical journey. I wanted to find out who I was again after having the kids, and workout because I loved myself and want to be strong, not because I hated myself and wanted to be as tiny as I could be
I’m getting there, it’s been a long year and there have been many lows and lessons learnt, but also some wins and positive moments. I mix strength workouts with Meditation and EFT tapping, and have opened my mind to the power of energy and intuition
I’m so excited for the next year, the progress and changes that will come and of course, keep training for my old lady body 💪🏻
