When working with our clients at the studio we have to make sure we are ready to change things up on any given day. โฃ

Sometimes a client has a series of injuries theyโre rehabilitating or a physio appointment discovers a certain area we need to focus on. โฃ
โฃ
Take Colin for example we recently found out we needed to improve his ๐๐ฑ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐๐ต. โฃ

As we are a small Studio and donโt have lots of kit, we sometimes have to get a bit more creative with our exercises. โฃ
โฃ
I like it when a client walks in, throws me a curveball and says โoh, the physio says, I need to work on thisโ!โฃ

We love a challenge! ๐คชโฃ

Col is focusing on squeezing through his adductors whilst maintaining a solid brace in the plank position. โฃ
โฃ
This exercise creates instability and engages a multitude of muscles we need to work on to keep Col pushing on and making progress. โฃ
โฃ
This is why I love what I do. Having seen so many clients with different injuries, goals, and rates of progress we can adapt each session when required to always continue on pushing that needle forwards. โฃ
