Sleep Workshop with Dr Sarah Caddy at Holmes Chapel Community Centre!

You'll learn:

✔️ Why sleep problems happen
✔️ How busy thoughts can affect your ability to switch off
✔️ Practical strategies to improve your sleep habits
✔️ Techniques to help reduce frustration and create positive behaviour change

Using the well-known Chimp Model, Sarah will share simple, realistic tools that you can use in everyday life to support better sleep and overall wellbeing.
