Bowring Ladies Prize held our Prize Presentation today in The Loft at Bowring Park and Golf Course.
Fabulous way to end our official golf season.
Well done to all this season's winners and congratulations to our Lady Captain for 2026, Angela Sutton - hope you have a fab year !!
Thanks to Dot Jones for her year as Captain - well done Dot !!
Hopefully we'll have some decent weather in Autumn & Winter so we can at least get out and play 9 holes.

Bowring Ladies played our farewell competition today - the last official comp of another great golfing season !!
Here's hoping we don't have a wet few months so we can carry on golfing through the autumn and winter.
Thanks Bowring Ladies for your continued support - if it wasn't for you, our great little club wouldn't exist !!

It is with heavy hearts that Bowring Ladies announce the passing of Theresa (Terry) Aldcroft on Monday 28th July after battling cancer.
Terry was a member of Bowring Ladies for many years, and we’ll miss her regaling us with stories of her early golfing days and her many holidays abroad.
She had an amazing zest for life and a fabulous sense of humour.
Despite being unwell for some time, Terry was still determined to play golf and joined us every Saturday morning for our competitions and to keep us all in line.
Terry, you’ll leave a big hole in our lives and our club and we’ll all miss you.
Heartfelt condolences to Terry’s family.
RIP Terry - go hit those heavenly fairways.
