Are you looking for a new fitness class?

((BOUNCE)) is a mini trampoline fitness class using dance choreography routines 💃🏼
((B)) improves weight loss 3 x faster than floor based exercise due to the addition of gravity and g force 💪🏻

45 minutes of cardio, toning and finishing with stretching 🙌🏼

It’s suitable for any fitness ability as you can take it at your own pace, or push harder to make it more intense
