The workshop held in May went really well…..9 ladies doing gelli plate printing to make 2 notebooks, all went well and both books done in the day.
Just a reminder….no workshop this month as I’m going on a workshop myself with Richmond & Leyburn creative stitchers. Jenny Adin-Christie is coming up from down south….. she was part of the team who embroidered Katherine’s wedding dress and Camillas coronation robes, so I’m expecting some fantastic tuition !
Next workshop will be the last Tuesday in Jul. We will be continuing with stitch samples….border stitches this time. I have some spaces so if you fancy a workshop have a look at my website www.notjuststitch.co.uk and book a place or just ring me on 07768322822. 😀

The first workshop was held on 25 April with 12 lovely ladies, who all worked really hard all day. We all created samples of six different outline stitches.
The second workshop is on Tuesday 30 May. We will be making books….. we will spend the majority of the day using paint,stamps and stencils on a gelli plate. Then we will fold the pages and cut to the correct size for our covers before stitching it all together. (All necessary requirements are provided)

Only two weeks to go until the first workshop…. Outline stitches. You will create a sampler of outline stitches either in a hoop, on a scroll or in a book, the choice is yours. I will provide all necessary materials, you just need to bring a basic sewing kit. See my website
