POUND - with Victoria I’ve loved Pound since the very first time I held a set of Ripstix, many years ago!

I never would have dreamed I’d take the leap to becoming a Pro but I’m excited to keep bringing the noise, tunes and joy for eveyone looking to rockout their workout🤘

Seeing as Jessica is far better organised than me and having this Saturday off to enjoy a wee dram on Friday night, you’ve got me at the helm tomorrow morning - 10.30am KGS Sports Centre 😜🤘💚

Just a reminder - there is no class on Monday 29th 😭 but will be back in action Wednesday 1st July

Last Saturday I had my first ripstix casualty. This was the other half of Victoria’s original pair, the first breaking in one of her classes earlier in the week.

This Saturday, 27th June, I’m having the week off but POUND - with Victoria is covering so please go join her for a fun 45 mins. 💚 Reminder there is no class on Monday 29th June so Saturday is your last Pound fix until Wednesday 1st July!

And one last thing, Saturday 4th July will be the last Saturday class for a few weeks over the summer. I’m hoping to restart them again end of August/September time.

It was hot 🔥 I was a little worse for wear 🤪 (what was I thinking drinking on a Tuesday night?!🥂) We had Ripstix flying everywhere and my brain melted 🫠 but we did it 🙌🤘💚 remember to drink plenty this evening rockstars - water, that is 💧😅
