As a physiotherapist I have trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute to teach modified Pilates. I began teaching in 2013 and qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2019. I have completed my neuro pilates, standing pilates, stretch and mobility pilates and Ante and Post natal Pilates courses. As well as attended Pilates conferences. To ensure my clients gain the most out of Pil

ates it is important that to do an introduction session (30-45 minutes). This includes a Health questionnaire and a opportunity to discuss any concerns. these are currently via video. When the introductory session is complete, you can join any of the classes being taught. Costs:
Introductory session: Assessment to gain information about any problems/injuries you have, specific goals you wish to achieve and what will make it fun for you.

£6.50 per class

Rolling Class (PAYG)
£6.50 with 24hour cancellation

Hello,

The next block of Pilates will run for 5 weeks, Monday 1st June to 29th June. This is the final block until summer break. These classes are for those who have completed their induction.

It will be £32.50 for the block.

Block Classes are
6:30 (FULL)
7:40 (Spaces)

Rolling (PAYG) class
8.45- £6.50

Please message which class you would like and await my reply to confirm your spot.

Tomorrows class will be the weight class that was planned for last Monday!

Hello,

Email has been sent for the next Pilates block. Apologies for it being late at night it seemed to send 2 hours after I did it.

Also it states the full amount for 5 weeks but for those signing up again you will only pay for 4 weeks, due to the cancelled class in the block.
