I have new keys available and will try and see most members during this week. Subscriptions will remain the same as last year.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥇 MAGS MACRAE - DOUBLE SCOTTISH CHAMPION 🥇🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We are incredibly proud of our coach and athlete, Mags, today! Competing for the first time in six years, and following knee construction surgery less than a year ago, Mags took the Scottish Masters 100m title in Dundee this morning. She powered down the home straight, into a -1.7 headwind, to beat the women from all of the categories competing, in a time of 13.68s. What an achievement - what an inspiration!✨

As if that wasn’t enough, with only a couple of hours recovery time, Mags went back onto the track for the 400m…and she did it again! ⭐️DOUBLE SCOTTISH CHAMPION!⭐️ with a time of 63.60s!🔥

Mags said to me last night, “I’m always preaching to our athletes to get on the start line and it’s my turn now!” Not only did she get on that start line, she blew everyone else away and showed what hard work, dedication and belief can achieve. Mags is a fantastic role model and support for everyone in our Club every day…this is her moment and she so deserves it!❤️🤍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

New lock has been installed now. The old lock was damaged. I’ll be at the gym between 1.30 and 3 and then home. Just contact me for a new key. Sorry for any inconvenience 😉

Due to unforeseen circumstances the gym is shut till tomorrow afternoon. I am going to have to fit the lock tomorrow instead of next weekend.
