The Scottish FA will be delivering a free coach education course in Orkney next month. Please see details below:

Children's Coaching Certificate (Level 1.2)
Wednesday 8th July from 6-7.30pm (online)
Wednesday 15th July from 6-9pm (KGS 3G pitch)
Thursday 16th July from 6-9pm (KGS 3G pitch)

The course is fully funded by OIC Sport & Leisure's Coach and Official Development Fund.

New class is - SOULSA High run by Pat Robinson - SOULSA High is a high-intensity, fast-paced dance fitness class that combines Latin dance with high-intensity interval training, including elements of squats, lunges, and combat.
