Would you like the opportunity to experience an hour of guided meditation in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere?
A three week series is starting this Sunday, 7th June, 7pm.
These meditation classes are an opportunity for the attendee to spend an hour delving deeper into their inner landscape.
The classes are held in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere - perfect for beginners or seasoned practitioners.
How does it work?
The class can be taken in a seated position or lying down, whatever is preferred to the attendee. We start with some grounding and relaxation techniques which may involve, moving the body a little and using light Breathwork. Then the class will be guided on a journey of the senses and imagination before being brought back into the body and the here and now. This will last for around 45 minutes and then the last 15 minutes will be used for self practice, reflection or even some journaling.
