it’s wednesday which means it’s the day of mid-week mobility

we’ve recently started something new with this class. centering breathwork, followed by complimentary poses & flows each week focusing on the whole body, finishing off with a full relaxation.

over time, the repetitive routine will become familiar and your body will settle into the poses with greater ease.

first class is always free if you fancy coming along for a try.
