Come and meet our next poler, Rachel

Rachel joined as it sounded like a fun new hobby to do. Her favourite move is a butterfly and her favourite spin is the figurehead spin. She is currently trying to get her handspring.

Other people should join for a different type of workout that can be challenging but also very rewarding. I’ve made friends as everyone is so supportive and encouraging and creates such a friendly environment.

Every few weeks we will be showing off our girls, showing their achievements & fails to make it fun. We are so pround of everyone & next up we have Emma Russell

Emma who started playing on the pole at 6 due to her mum having a pole in the kitchen making her want to swing about it all day long
Emmas favourite move is the shooting star & favourite spin is the pretzel spin
Emma says pole is good for building muscle, loosing weight, gaining confidence and overall really fun
Emmas goal is to get her butterfly and she enjoys trying things out off her comfort zone that isn’t normally my style
Emmas reason for you to join is that everyone is so friendly

Emmas words - I wouldn’t be where I am without Carly and Elaine they have helped me overcome so many challenges and are always there for me when I need them and If you are thinking off joining but not to sure... just join !!!! It’s all worth it in the end xx

Hannah has been doing pole for about 4 years
She joined as she had just went through a break up and wanted to try something new.
Her favourite move is the Remi
And her favourite spin is a sundial

Its such a great environment to excersise without going to the gym, I've made so many friends through joining.
Everyone is so encouraging and positive no matter what ❤️

My goal is just to stay fit and have fun doing it (Although I'd love to one day manage a handspring!)
