5:30pm: Kids Street dance (Ages 7+)
5:45pm Dance Fitness
6:30pm: Adults Street Dance
6:30pm: Pilates & Relaxation

Tuesday:
6pm: Yoga
7pm: Improvers Night

Wednesday:
9:30am Mother and Baby Fitness
5:30pm Musical Theatre (Ages 7+)

Thursday:
10am Dance Fitness
11am Pilates and Relaxation
6:45pm Argentine Tango (7th July- 11th August)
7:30pm Advanced Ballroom & Latin

Friday:
5:45pm: Dance Fitness
7:30pm: Intermediate Salsa
8:15pm: La Rueda

Saturday: Childrens Classes: Ballroom, Latin & Showdance

Our brand new dance fitness class is coming and it’s going be EPIC!

Do you love musicals? Do you love dancing? Do you want to get fit whilst singing your heart out and having fun? Then this the class for you! 😬

“Sweat” the Musical is a fitness class that incorporates the biggest hits of the West End and gets you moving your body in the best way 💃

Join us on Sunday 6th September for our first ever class and we promise you won’t regret it!**

Suitable for all levels and abilities!

45 minutes (plus optional stretch session)
£5 per session
