🏆 Anne Struthers Quaich – Sunday 2nd August 🎾

A fantastic afternoon was enjoyed by everyone who took part in the Anne Struthers Quaich, played in an American Mixed Doubles format.

Our lifetime member, Mary Robertson, was on hand to present the Quaich to this year’s worthy winners, Frank and Ann. Congratulations also to our runners-up, Graham and Silvia, who each received a quiche… yes, an actual quiche! 🥧😂

For anyone wondering why, it all stemmed from a typo in the email advertising the event, which accidentally said quiche instead of Quaich. We couldn’t let that one go!

A big thank you to our President, Roddy, for cooking a delicious BBQ, and to John for preparing the tasty side dishes. We also enjoyed some of the wonderful baking left over from Saturday’s Afternoon Tea.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported the event. It was a lovely day of tennis, laughter, great food and good company. We look forward to seeing you all at the next one! 🎾☀️

🎾 Afternoon Tea + Tennis = The Perfect Match! 🍰☕

What a fabulous afternoon at the club to celebrate the end of the tennis league. After enjoying some great tennis, everyone tucked into a delicious afternoon tea featuring, sandwiches and scones from Merchants House Cafe and raspberry & lemon traybake, carrot cake, mini Victoria sponges by Di'licious Cakes. 🍋🧁🥕

A huge thank you to Sandra for organising and everyone that came along to make it such a lovely social afternoon. It’s days like these that make our club so special. 💜

We had a fab afternoon on court with a great mix of fun, laughter and friendly tennis! ☀️🎾

Our weekly social tennis sessions are the perfect opportunity for beginners and improvers to build confidence, improve their game and meet new people in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

🎾🤍 Wimbledon Whites & Summer Tennis! 🍓

What a fantastic morning at our monthly American Tournament! Our mixed doubles format meant everyone played with a different partner each round, making for some brilliant tennis, great teamwork and plenty of laughs both on and off the court.

With it being Wimbledon fortnight, members embraced the occasion by dressing in their whites, and afterwards enjoyed a delicious spread of strawberries and a spectacular homemade pavlova, lovingly made by our talented member John Dera. Thank you, John – it was absolutely amazing! 🍓🍰

Congratulations to our tournament winners, Agnieszka and Angus! 🏆👏

Fantastic evening on court for the club with a superb 12–0 victory over Meadows last night 🎾👏

A big thank you to The Meadows for a great match and lovely company throughout the evening. They kindly commented on how much they loved our clubhouse and the post-match spread — always great to hear our hospitality is as strong as our tennis! 😊

Well done to everyone who played and supported. Another brilliant night for the club! 💙🎾

Congratulations to junior member Coby Stewart who won both the 14u singles and doubles titles at the Grade 3 Fairmont Tennis Tayside Open last weekend. Well done to his partner Shay Robertson from Perth Tennis Club too, who partnered Coby for this event. 👏👏
