Usage guidelines for Dunnikier Park Golf Club Junior Section page

DPGC uses Facebook to notify approved users of appropriate, approved information about the Junior Section activities, the club and sometimes the course. We invite and encourage junior club members and their parents / guardians to like, follow and communicate with fellow members via this social networking site. A moderator will monitor the account on behalf of DPGC to ensure that these guidelines are being adhered to. Our use of this Facebook account is solely for the purpose of communication. This Facebook account is administered by Club Council members who are all volunteers and is generally monitored on an ad hoc basis. It is not routinely monitored 24/7. Procedures for having ‘questions’ answered by the club council or complaints made to the Club Council has not changed. Constitutionally, questions or complaints must be made in writing addressed to the Honorary Secretary C/O Dunnikier Park Golf Club. We reserve the right to remove any comments or contributions and block accounts that break the rules of the following guidelines:

1. We ask you not to post messages that are deemed to be any of the following:

abusive
defamatory
harassing
harmful
libelous
obscene
profane
racially offensive
sexually offensive
unlawful

Any messages that are deemed to contain comments of such nature will be removed as soon as they are noticed. A record of removals will be maintained and habitual offenders will be blocked from the DPGC page.

2. We ask that you do not swear.

3. We ask that comments be civil and relevant.

4. We ask that you do not post the same or similar messages more than once. We ask that you do not publicise your own, or anyone else's, personal information, such as address and telephone number.

6. We ask that you do not pretend to be someone else. These guidelines are not exhaustive and will be reviewed and altered as and when required.

⛳ Junior Open Results ⛳

A huge thank you to all the juniors who took part in our Junior Open today. It was fantastic to see such a strong field, excellent golf, and great sportsmanship throughout a very warm, humid day.

Well done to all competitors who represented their clubs so well and made the event such a success.

We would also like to thank our volunteers, clubhouse staff, Pro shop staff and greenkeeping team for all their hard work in helping deliver another fantastic Junior Open.

A special mention to Condren Golf Ltd, Raith Taxis and The Jarvie's for donating towards our prizes and section here at DPGC, thank you all.
