Pedro is a 54 year old business owner, he trains hard he trains consistently. He inspires the team daily with his resilience. Juggling family commitments with a busy schedule he returns with a silver medal 💪🔥🔥
Rab is exactly the same, has been managing to stay consistent and locked in a good structure around his busy life with a young family and preparing for a marriage. He gets the top seed in the first match losing closely and manages to return with a bronze medal. Hard work is never wasted it’s a compound effect. And experience is locked in yet again
Our 2 young guns show heart and determination, young Ali steps up in experience to face tough opposition. Hats off to to him for this, bronze medal 🥉
Camden didn’t have anyone in his division so he asked me to request a push up. This came at the expense of a 20 kg weight difference which is insane with juniors. But his training has prepared him for this, and his heart also allowed him to let his technique show.
Some very slick transitions to put on a dominant performance in a David vs Goliath style match up. Leaving with the signature armbar finish.
Up 2mrw we have Matt closing things off. Good luck to you brother. But I’m proud of the entire squad for there effort.

Since starting the woman’s programme in January it has seen some great progress. A lot of woman are growing each week and becoming more and more confident in there ability to defend themselves and there loved ones if in danger. These are skills you work on consistently and over time competence will prevail.
