Hatha yoga helps in the management of stress and anxiety, promotes natural sleep, improves joint mobility and flexibility, strengthens muscles and restores energy. Hatha yoga restores the balance of body and mind, which can bring comfort and peace into our lives.

As a special introductory offer I am offering one hour treatments for £25. The usual treatment fee is £40, so this is a saving of £15! This offer is open to all students, and your friends and family. Spread the word if someone you know needs a relaxing treat.

The treatments will be available between 4pm and 9pm on Friday 26th April, and between 10am and 3pm on Saturday 27th. The treatment room is at Get Down Dog, 62 Newhaven Road (on bus route no.11).
