Another block of Fusion successfully completed. It’s been fantastic to see the progress across the board, with everyone making impressive gains in strength. We’ve also seen some outstanding results from the final conditioning testing—great work all around.

Looking forward to seeing the rest of the results come in this week. No doubt they will smash it!

What an incredible weekend for the FP crew at Hyrox 💥

Stevie set the tone on Wednesday with a strong solo effort, then stepped straight back in for a mixed pairing with Shannan on Saturday — serious commitment 👏

A huge shoutout to Linda for stepping in last minute for Louise. Stef doubled up with a partner from G64, Jamie, Greg and Glen pushed themselves taking on the Pro weights — a serious challenge — and Maria stepped up to something new in a mixed pairing alongside Garry. Julie, as always, kept moving/dragging Quinny around the course 😅

And then… the standout performance of the weekend , Shannan — an absolute machine taking on FOUR Hyrox events and delivering:
🥇 1st – Women’s Doubles
🥈 2nd – Team Relay
🥇 1st – Solo Women’s

That level of grit, consistency, and drive is seriously inspiring.

🔥 YOUNG FEMALE ATHLETES – STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMME 🔥

We’re excited to launch our 6-week Strength & Conditioning Programme designed specifically for young female athletes who want to build confidence, speed, and performance — both on and off the field.

This programme focuses on developing strong, resilient, and athletic movements in a safe, supportive, and fun training environment.

💪 WHAT WE’LL WORK ON:
✔️ Building full-body strength
✔️ Enhancing conditioning & fitness
✔️ Reducing injury risk
✔️ Growing confidence through movement

All sessions are age-appropriate, professionally coached, and designed to support long-term athletic development — whether they play football, rugby, netball, athletics, hockey, or just want to get stronger and fitter.

🌟 NEW GIRLS PERFORMANCE CLASS IS HERE! 🌟

I’m so excited to launch a dedicated training space built just for young female athletes — a place where they can grow stronger, feel confident, and learn to own their power in the gym. 💪✨

In this class we’ll focus on:
🔥 Strength & Conditioning — Teaching proper form, building total-body strength, and developing athletic power.
⚡ Plyometrics Training — Jumping, sprinting, explosiveness… all the fun stuff that builds speed and agility!
🏋️‍♀️ Olympic Lifting Techniques — Safe, structured coaching to help girls learn lifting fundamentals with confidence.
❤️ Fitness & Mobility — Stretching, recovery, and body awareness to keep them moving strong and injury-free.

This is more than a training session — it’s a supportive environment where girls learn to trust themselves, push their limits, and feel confident being in the gym.

If you’ve got a young athlete who wants to get stronger, build self-belief, and level up her performance… this is her space. 🙌✨
